About us
Ashgabat Club " Ynam " is independent public organization. Our organization has arisen as a result of free will of citizens which were united for rendering the free-of-charge advisory help to citizens of Turkmenistan on social questions.
The purpose of Club - increase of a level of social security and the Civil rights of citizens and other persons. The club works in several directions. So, we are engaged in psychological, legal and sexual education of citizens and other persons. Psychological, legal (according to the legislation of Turkmenistan) the help is carried out by carrying out of free-of-charge consultations by phone of "trust" and at personal interview.
We see applicability of our public organization in cooperation with the state in business of rendering of social services to the population which finally are step in business of increase of a level of social security of people. In fact for our country the main value is represented by the person. About it is written down in the Constitution of Turkmenistan, in an item 3 it is told: " In Turkmenistan the maximum(supreme) value of a society and the state is the person. " Only in close interaction state and public organizations these purposes can be achieved. Therefore we together with our state institutes try to render the feasible help to people requiring for psychological or other support.
Usually people require the help from the party(side) when they have problems in a personal or public life, i.e. on work and houses. Then very difficultly to remain alone with the problems and many cannot consult with them independently. Recollect, how frequently, you when it is difficult for you, address to the help of the relatives familiar, friends and girlfriends. Sometimes it happens to share simply with someone the troubles enough and it becomes easier. Frequently wise advice(council) of the skilled and knowing friend helps to cope with this or that problem. In other cases the concrete help on the part of friends saves the situation. But frequently the help of the expert to not do without. And then any conversation with the friend, good familiar or the relative not only will not help to solve a problem, and can on the contrary essential aggravate position. That is why it is necessary to involve in the decision of a difficult question of the competent, tactful and skilled interlocutor - expert. Such expert will help not only to designate a problem, but will prompt a true way for overcoming a complex(difficult) situation.
Many people at all do not understand, that any problem is, as a rule, the conflict of interests. Any problem in your life is a disputed situation which, whether want you that whether or not, demands the decision. And what, correct or erroneous, it is frequently very difficult to understand, even to the mature people having the big life experience. Therefore it is very important to not admit(allow) mistakes. Recollect, how speak in people, " the trouble does not come one, behind it(her) another comes ". It is important, that the person, appearing in this or that complex(difficult) situation, at attempt to solve a problem, would not assimilate to the fly, trying to get out of a sticky web, and actually, doing(making) chaotic movements and reflect to get out of it(her), it is more and more confused. Thus people to themselves create any more one problem, and the whole ball of problems. That is why sometimes it happens enough for the decision of a problem to realize, that it is the conflict, to understand and track his(its) sources and the reasons, and then to try to eradicate. To assist in this or that disputed situation, to help to solve those or other problems - in it members of Club see applicability of creation and activity of our organization.
Not casually the emblem of Club elects a ball of strings and the pigeon untangling this ball. As is known the emblem is selected that accessible and all clear symbols to represent sense of activity and creation of the organization. In our emblem the ball of strings is called to represent that ball of problems with which our people to have to collide(face), and to us to members of Club to help to solve these problems. Activity of Club can be presented figuratively as the pigeon untangling this ball of strings - a ball of problems of people addressing to us behind the help. The pigeon, as is known, a symbol of the world and the consent. And so we try to make everything that the disputed situation from which to us there come people, has passed to a peace channel. That in family or in this or that collective the world was established.
The help to people in the decision of various problems for us is always priority. Free-of-charge psychological and the legal aid is represented to us by one of steps in business of increase of a level of social security of people. To us many people and not only citizens of our country address. That is why the Club is created for rendering psychological both legal support to citizens and other persons. It is marked in the Charter of Club. It is obvious, that people come in this or that place, only when they require it. Or precisely know, what exactly here him(it) if will not help at once, at least, will try to do the utmost for simplification of position. Certainly thus there are attitudes(relations) of trust. If people do not trust, so do not trust, they never begin to address to the one to whom they do not trust. It is possible to tell safely, that advisory work of Club is based first of all on trust.
"Ynam" in translation from Turkmen language means trust. This simple and, simultaneously, very capacious word precisely and briefly explains principles of work of Club. As one of the basic kinds of activity of Club is functioning phone of "trust". The activity the Club constantly proves not only correctness of election of such name, but also completely it(him) justifies. Not casually therefore the stream of references(manipulations) constantly grows. And this superfluous acknowledgement(confirmation) not only to that popularity of Club grows, but also that trust between us and our visitors the phenomenon from among constants. We are sure, as further a urgency of our Club and a demand of the services given by us, will be always constants.
