Resource Center Ashgabat of Club "Ynam" was open on February, 4, 2000 together with Embassy of the Great Britain in Turkmenistan. It(he) carries out a role of information centre because here each interested person can receive the information interesting it(him).
In our Resource Center people have an opportunity to familiarize with the information on a problem from which they address in club. To esteem materials of periodicals of Turkmenistan, Russia, the USA, the Great Britain in Turkmen, Russian and English languages which are constantly transferred in the Resource Center by Embassy of the Great Britain in Turkmenistan and Embassy the USA in Turkmenistan. Interested persons also can esteem fiction, classics and contemporaries to familiarize with products of poets, visionaries, novelists, masters of the detective literature, the children's literature. There are periodicals and other editions on questions of sports. It is a lot of editions for women, fashion magazines, the editions containing useful advice(councils) on conducting of housekeeping and others. The interesting literature is handed out to the interested person.
In the Resource Center visitors have an opportunity to get acquainted with an information material on the reproductive health, Ministry of Health of Turkmenistan transferred(handed) to Club. This material concerns preventive maintenance of diseases AIDS , the illnesses transmitted in the sexual way.
And also in the Resource center were interested can familiarize with the information material concerning preventive maintenance of illegal migration.
In the Resource Center for all comers at financing Embassy of the Great Britain in Turkmenistan the free-of-charge Internet has been given. However, at the moment for technical reasons we have no an opportunity of granting to people of free-of-charge using the Internet, but we hope, that in the near future this kind of service will renew.
In our Resource Center there is a gallery of stands of photos on which all stages of becoming and activity of Club are displayed.
Our Resource Center uses constant popularity at the population. Housewives, youth, people of a pension age - a contingent of our visitors. And always we hear from them only words of gratitude for our work.
